Asy-Syakirin Mosque Kuala Lumpur

Another attraction at the Petronas Twin Tower, Kuala Lumpur, is the Asy-Syakirin Mosque. Another one of Kuala Lumpur's majestic mosques with a touch of the Middle East. Also known as Jewel in the Park, located in the vicinity of the twin towers.

This mosque was finished by skilled craftsmen from Uzbekistan who rendered carvings and calligraphy on the interior and internal facade of the dome. It may looks small from outside but the design was based on maximum utilization of space.

Come and join my tour of High Dynamic Range photography-offering something special for everyone! ^_^
